Here I am again with a new sex glossary! :) In my previous sex glossary post, I offered a list of sexual definitions beginning with sensual letter G. Today I want to share with you sexual words beginning with the three hottest letters: H, O, T! Today’s glossary contains 30 definitions of sexual practices, garments, slang and anatomical words, and much more. Although most of the words are well known, still let me hope that someone will find something new to learn and try out. For those first-timers here, let me say once again that the definitions are simplified, described briefly and intended for a general audience, and for general information purposes only. I’m always open to your suggestions, corrections and comments.

Keep your special someone interested in you, improve your sexual vocabulary and performance, and do not forget to check out my previous lists of sexual definitions!

Sexicon for lovers and others: LETTERS H, O, T

HYMEN: Hymen is a tissue, a fold of mucous membrane, which partly or completely covers the vaginal opening, generally seen in the younger ladies. It is named after a Greek god of marriage Hymenaois. The rupture of the hymen may result in some slight bleeding and painful sensations. A slang term for hymen is “cherry”, and “popping the cherry” is losing virginity. The hymen can be broken through sexual or non-sexual activities. By the way, some women are born without a hymen.

HOURGLASS FIGURE: The hourglass figure, also known as a guitar or violin, is the term given to the body shape of women who have waist-hip differential – in other words – a well-defined narrow waist and relatively full hips and bust. An hourglass figure is a female body silhouette that resembles an hourglass – which is wider at the top and bottom and narrow in the middle. Basically, bust and hips must be almost equal, and waist must be about 9-10 inches less diameter than the top and bottom. An hourglass figure is mostly about the body shape and contours, not the weight. A woman can be big and hourglass-shaped, and she can be small and thin and hourglass-shaped.

HAND JOB: For those who still do not know what “handjob” stands for :) Hand job is a manual masturbation, particularly done by another. Handjob is when another person (most often, it is a woman) stimulates a penis (most often, it is a man’s penis ;) with her hand(s) until the man ejaculates. Using lubricants for your handjob sessions can really enhance the pleasure.

HANDBALLING: Handballing, also known as “fist fucking” and “anal/vaginal fisting”, is a very extreme form of sex. Handballing is an insertion of hand, particularly fist, inside another’s body.

HIRSUTOPHILIA: Hirsutophilia is sexual attraction to body hair and hairy men or women

HARD ON: Hard on refers to an erect penis

HETEROSEXUAL: Heterosexual is a person who is sexually and romantically attracted to the opposite sex

HOMOSEXUAL: Homosexual is a person who is sexually and romantically attracted to the same sex

HEAVY PETTING: Heavy petting is a form of a non-penetrative sexual activity, also known as outercourse. Heavy petting is rubbing against each other in a sexual way or engaging in mutual masturbation without sexual intercourse.

HUM ON THE FLUTE: Hum on the flute is the same as play-on-the-flute or play-on-the-skin-flute, which refers to giving a blowjob, aka fellatio.

HARDCORE: Sexual pictures, movies, etc. that show penetration, genitals, an erect penis. Hardcore is opposite of softcore.

HOSIERY: Hosiery refers to the garments worn on the feet and legs. Hosiery is especially worn by women. Most hosiery garments are made of stretchy fabrics and meshes, and come in a number of colors, patterns and types such as thigh-high stockings, leggings, body stockings, pantyhose, tights.

ONE NIGHT STAND: It is the term more commonly applied to a sexual affair between two or more people who will never see each other again. Originally, a one-night stand referred to a single night theatre performance by a guest group on tour.

ORAL SEX: Oral sex is sexual activity where one lover uses his/her mouth to caress the genitals of another for sexual gratification. Fellatio or blowjob is oral sex performed on a man. Cunnilingus is oral sex performed on a woman.

ORGY: Orgy is an event of group sex involving more than four participants. Orgies have also been known to have been practiced since ancient Rome. People of all sexual orientations and genders may engage in orgy sex. One of my male friends said orgy is “a sex party where everybody fucks and sucks everybody”.

ORGASM: Orgasm is an extremely powerful, body-shaking, sharp and delicious sensation during sex. It is a peak of sexual arousal and satisfaction during which sexual tension is built and then released. In a man, orgasm is usually accompanied by ejaculation. When it comes to the female orgasm, a mild female orgasm may have 3 -6 contractions, an intense orgasm may have 9 -16 contractions. Some women emit or spray fluid from their urethra during orgasm (known as female ejaculation). During orgasm, the facial expression of a person may look like he/she is in pain. Some women can achieve orgasm via breast fondling – the breast orgasm, which is totally different from a clitoral or vaginal orgasm. During the correct breasts stimulation, the strongest feeling of arousal is concentrated in breasts and nipples area. The pleasure-building starts in the breasts, and then moves down straight to pussy. An orgasm a day keeps the doctor away. So, happy orgasms to everyone!

TANTRA: Tantra is a spiritual sexual practice originated in India over 4000 years ago, and it can be translated as “tools for expansion”. Tantra is achieving a deep understanding of all of life’s experiences, and of course, sex and sexual energy. In Tantra, sexual pleasure is the totality of all: your mind, your body and your spirit. In other words, Tantric sexuality is increasing sexual fulfillment at the physical level, emotional level, and the spiritual level. The essence of Tantric sexuality is that sex can be much more than a merely physical experience.

TANTRIC SEX: Tantric sex is a very intimate act of lovemaking. Tantric sex sessions involve a broad range of sensual and sexual practices between a man and a woman. The idea of Tantric sex is to allow lovers explore their sexual energy, deepen their sexual connection, get greater understanding of their bodies, prolong the act of love-making, expand their orgasmic response, and much more. Tantric sex techniques and practices allow enriching the whole sexual experience and expanding your orgasms from genital orgasms to the entire-body orgasms. With Tantric sex exercises you become able to control your body so you can delay orgasm and increase the strength of it. To achieve the best Tantric experience, it is essential not to focus on getting the orgasm, but focus on other sensations happening in your bodies along the way. In Tantric sex it is important to allow your arousal to build up slowly, maintain eye-contact and breathe in unison – deeply, rhythmically and slowly.

TOUCHPAD: This word is sometimes applied to the vagina, in a jocular way. See other T-letter words for woman’s pussy: Temple of Venus, The great divide, The VIP Lounge, The channel, The hot oven, The never out trap, Tongue depressor, Toyshop, Treasure house, Twat, The Death of Adam

TOOLBOX: A word which may refer to the penis. Among other words and names for the penis there are – the hand warmer, third arm/leg, Third Arm of Justice, The Giving Tree, The finger without a nail, The center of the universe, The incredible bulk, Twig and berries, The forbidden mushroom, Trouser Snake, Tool, Thrill Drill, The centerpiece

THONG: Thong is a type of underwear/panties, predominantly worn by women. Although thong and g-string are often used interchangeably, a thong usually has a little more fabric and looks like “Y” at the waistband. Initially, thongs were designed for cutting down on visible panty lines when wearing tight clothes. As the g-string, the thong is one of the most powerful weapons in women’s seduction repertoire.

TITTY FUCK: Titty fucking refers to thrusting/masturbating the penis between a woman’s breasts (preferably, large breasts) and ejaculate on her breasts and/or her face

TITTY BONDAGE: Titty bondage, also known as breast-bondage or breast torture, is a BDSM practice which involves binding around, above, and below the breasts for intense sensation of “pleasurable pain”

TOP: Also known as ‘dominant’ or ‘master’/ ‘mistress’, is a sexual partner who derives erotic pleasure from temporary sexual control over another partner (mostly, in a BDSM relationship)

TRANSSEXUAL: Transsexual is a person who has the biological characteristics of one sex, but feels as being of the opposite sex. People who feel this way sometimes choose to undergo hormone therapy and sex-reassignment surgeries.

TEABAGGING: Teabagging is when a man lowers his testicles down onto someone’s mouth. So-called because of the resemblance to lowering a teabag into water.

THREESOME: Threesome is when three people have sex at once

TOSSING SOMEONE’S SALAD: The act of eating out the anus of another person with your tongue and lips. In other words, it is performing oral sex on someone’s anus, aka Anilingus.

TRAIN: In sexual vocabulary, train is a line of men having sex, where each man anally penetrates the man in front of him, connecting together like the cars of a train. Train may be also applied to a group of people lined up waiting to have sex with someone. For example, “gangbang” where a number of people have sex with one person.

TRIBADISM: Tribadism, also known as “scissoring”, is a form of non-penetrative sex between two women. The term is most often used in the context of lesbian sex in which women are rubbing and pressing their pussies against each other. Tribadism is not only pussy-against-pussy rubbing, it is any form of pussy-rubbing against a partner.

Wheeew, enough for today. I know, it’s lengthy. But I hope it’s somewhat useful :)

Wishing you HOT HOT HOT times between the sheets, always!

I am not into regular coffee drinking, but I do love coffee. For me, coffee is not so much about the taste, it is mostly about the strong, delicious, hot, stimulating aroma. Coffee wakes me up in the mornings, and keeps me up in the evenings. In the evenings, when I indulge myself with a cup of great coffee, it makes me feel hot and energetic for the night to come…

So, I’ve got wondered if there is any connection between sexual drive and coffee. I’ve searched the web for the information and a 2006 BBC news report has caught my eye. The report says coffee can boost female sex drive by stimulating part of the brain which regulates and stimulates sexual arousal. The US study has shown that, in humans, coffee might enhance the sexual experience only among those who are not habitual coffee drinkers. Here is what the researchers say.

Scientists from Southwestern University found caffeine increased the female libido in experiments on rats. The Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behaviour journal study said the effect was caused by it stimulating the part of the brain regulating arousal. But researchers said a similar effect was only likely to be repeated in humans who do not drink coffee regularly. Previous research has looked into both the health benefits and consequences of coffee consumption.

In the latest research, scientists gave 108 female rats a moderate dose of caffeine before a mating test to determine if the caffeine had any effect on female behaviour. They found that administration of caffeine shortened the amount of time it took the females to return to the males after sex for another mating session. The study said the effects appeared to go beyond a simple boost of energy for socialising, but researchers said the effect may not be repeated in all humans.

Lead researcher Dr Fay Guarraci said: “These rats had never had caffeine before. In humans, it might enhance the sexual experience only among people who are not habitual users.” But she added the study should help improve understanding about the relationship between the brain and behaviour. “Understanding the circuits that control this behaviour will help us understand how the brain works and what part of the brain mediates motivation because sexual behaviour is a motivative behaviour.”

But a spokesman for the British Coffee Association said: “We are not that convinced by this. Humans would have to drink 10 cups of coffee in one go to get the same effect and that is not the normal consumption level”. “There are health benefits of coffee, but at this stage I do not think we can include this as one.”

Coffee contains a chemical compound Caffeine, which is a powerful stimulant for the central nervous system and hormone production (especially, adrenaline production). Coffee leads to the blood pressure increase, thus giving the energizing effect and leading to sex drive boost and better sexual performance. As far as I know.

Men are like coffee – they’re strong, warm and keep you up all night. Women are like coffee – they are hot, delicious and keep you going all night. I mean, sometimes you do not need coffee to boost and awaken your energy levels and sex drive. The best secret to do that is to be loved and to have someone to love. As to the coffee – coffee should be black as night, hot as hell, strong as love, and sweet as sex. And, it may be good for you, SOMETIMES.

Today let me go on with my series of sex glossaries. Although sometimes it seems like there is no end in sight with my glossary posts, still, whether you want it or not, I’ll keep posting them as I want you to increase your sexual vocabulary.

As I mentioned in my previous posts, everyone comes across new sex terms from time to time. I often hear men and women complain about their lovers who sometimes do not know the simplest words and things related to sexuality. So let me hope that my sex glossaries are somewhat a solution. Who wants to be with a person who’s clueless when it comes to things sexual? To be a good and sexy lover and have a good sex life, we have to know who’s who and what’s what in the world of love, lust and sex.

In my previous sex glossary post, I offered a list of sexual definitions beginning with the naughty three letters F, U and K. Today I want to share with you sexual words beginning with a very sensual letter G. Take a few minutes to look through the list, which contains many interesting and informative tips and definitions of things sensual and sexual. Surely, most of the words are very well known for us all – still – chances are that there is also new stuff to be learned and tried out.

Keep in mind that most of the definitions are simplified, described briefly and intended for a general audience, and for general information purposes only.

I’m always open to your suggestions, corrections and comments! Let me know if you have something to add (word/term/phrase, etc) to this list or my previous ones!

Okay, here you have it – 10 sexual words and terms beginning with G.

Sexicon for lovers and others: LETTER G

GROUP SEX: the name says it all. Group sex is sexual activity involving more than two partners, in other words – three or more sexual partners at the same time. People of all sexual orientations and genders may engage in group sex. Having group sex is one of the most common sexual fantasies in men. One of the events of group sex is a so-called ‘daisy chain’. Daisy chain refers to multiple partners where a group of men, women or both each perform oral sex on the next partner. Thus, each participant of the daisy chain can both give and receive oral pleasure simultaneously. Group sex may also involve swinging activities (switching partners, especially spouses).

GANG BANG: A gang bang or gangbang is type of sexual activity where a number of people have sex with one person. Most often, the situation involves two men who have sex (one after another or at the same time) with one woman. When one man has sex at the same time or sequentially with more than one woman, this sexual situation is known as a ‘reverse gang bang’. In 2004, in Warsaw, an American pornographic film actress Lisa Sparxxx achieved a gangbang record in a gangbang competition. Ms Sparxxx had sex with 919 men in one day, as part of the Third Annual World Gangbang Championship and Eroticon 2004. Eroticon is an annual porn festival, in Warsaw, Poland. The previous record was set in 2003, by Marianna Rokita who had sex with 759 men in a day.

GANGBANG RECORDS: While we are on the topic of Gangbang, let me list some world gangbang records achieved by some female porn stars. Can you imagine what it must have felt like down there for them?

In 1995, World’s Biggest Gang Bang I was achieved by former pornographic actress Annabel Chong who had sex 251 times with 80 men in one day, and was paid $12,000.

Jasmin St. Claire won World’s Biggest Gang Bang II by having sex with 300 men.

In 1999, World’s Biggest Gang Bang III was achieved by Houston who had 620 acts.

In 2000, the event named Gangbang 2000 revealed a new gangbang star – pornographic actress Sabrina Johnson – who had sex with total 2000 men in 2 days.

In 2003, Marianna Rokita had sex with 759 men in a day.

In 2002, at the First Annual World Gangbang Championship in Poland, Polish porn star Klaudia Figura had sex with 646 men during one day.

In 2004, an American pornographic film actress Lisa Sparxxx had sex with 919 men in one day, as part of the Third Annual World Gangbang Championship and Eroticon 2004, held in Poland. According to the rules each sexual act has to take 30-60 seconds.

Largest anal gangbang was done by Victoria Givens who engaged in anal sex with 101 men. The event took place in a nightclub in North Hollywood, CA.

Largest reverse gangbang took place in 1998. Record holder was John Dough had sex with 101 women in one day; most of the acts were oral sex.

GAY: Refers to both homosexual men (men who feel sexual attraction to other men) and homosexual women (lesbians)

GLORY HOLE: Glory hole is a fist-sized hole in a wall, placed about hip high for the average guy, and may be found in gay sex clubs. The idea of the glory hole is simple – it allows anonymous sex between people on either side of the wall.

GLORYHOLE: Slang word for pussy. See other G-letter words for woman’s pussy: goodies, Garden of Eden, gasp-and-grunt, Gate of life, Gates of Heaven, gateway, Gentlemen’s pleasure garden, gold mine, golden doorway, golden valley, Grand Canyon

GLANS: Glans or the glans penis refers to the head of the penis

GOLDEN SHOWER: “Golden showers” (or “platinum shower”, or “piss play”) refer to specific sex acts and plays involving urine. These activities are often referred to as “watersports”. Golden shower is urinating/peeing in such a way that the other partner can see and/or feel it. Some golden shower practitioners engage in this act while swimming together in the bath, or ocean, etc.

GIVING HEAD: Giving head – also well known as blowjob, headjob or fellatio – is a common slang term for performing oral sex on a man. Some men say “smile is the second best thing women can do with their lips”. Other men say that the stomach is the second thing that leads to a man’s heart. Indeed, if you offer your man to choose between a good dinner and a good blowjob – all the same you’d not avoid both, but guess what would be first ;) Whether you want it or not. Happy head giving, ladies! *wink*

G-SPOT: The G-Spot is an erogenous area of nerve tissue within the woman’s pussy which, when stimulated, may bring intense sexual pleasure to some women. The g-spot is located on the front of the inner upper wall of the vagina. The g-spot is named after its discoverer, a German physician Ernst Grafenburg, who found this sensitive spot in the 1950’s. This sensual spot is equivalent to the male prostate. The g-spot is the second area in women which exists solely for sexual pleasure. The number one pleasure-spot is the clitoris. Until now, there are many debates on the g-spot existence. Believe me, the g-spot does exist, but it is sensitive only in some women. Only few women are able to target it and orgasm through it.

When touched, the G-spot area tissue feels rougher than the rest of the vaginal wall and may be found about 1.5 to 3 inches up the vaginal wall. Just a note: feel for the ridges on the roof of your mouth, just behind your upper teeth. The g-spot area will feel somewhat analogous to what you feel touching the ridges in your mouth.

When it comes to the question of how to find the g-spot, the answer is – doggy-style sexual position. The doggy position is the best and most effective sexual position to fully explore the g-spot zone. Have your lady lying on her stomach with hips elevated with a pillow and legs open wide. Or, ask her kneel on all fours in the doggy position and tell her push her hips back so you can have an easy access to her magnificent g-spot. Insert your thumb into her. Press onto her g-spot and rub the pad of your thumb back and forth. Try to find a slightly bumpy or ridged area. Give it a firm and consistent massaging. Unlike the clit, the g-spot often responds to a firm pressure and quite strong stimulation.

G-STRING: G-string is an extremely sexy type of underwear/panties allowing for maximum ass exposure, and predominantly worn by women. G-string is a narrow piece/string of fabric that covers the pussy, passes between the buttocks, and is attached to a band around the hips. There are also G-strings for men. Although G-string and “thong” are often used as synonymous terms, a thong usually has a little more fabric and looks like “Y” at the waistband. The original idea behind the g-string and thong is cutting down on visible panty lines when wearing tight clothes. In fact, g-strings or thongs – both serve the purpose of driving men crazy. Speaking for most women that I know and according to my personal experience, wearing g-strings is not always comfortable. BUT the fact is that the g-strings make you feel sexier and more attractive to men. The g-string is one of the powerful weapons of women’s seduction arsenal.

Love is like a flower; with proper nurturing it blooms and flourishes as each day passes. Yet, if it is neglected, in a moment’s time it soon withers and dies. To hold love, you must treat it as a rare and tender flower, nurturing it with the utmost patience and care. To keep it vibrant and alive it takes many long hours of continuous effort and constant attention.

To lose it takes only a moment of forgetfulness, disinterest and mistrust. To sow the seeds of love is as wonderful as sowing the seeds of magnificent garden, and watching them flourish and grow is a marvel in itself.

To sow the seeds of love only to watch them wither and choke, like a garden that’s become full of weeds, is a crime of the heart that none should commit. Love can last an eternity, like the gardens of a forbidden tropical paradise, yet, in an instant, it can be destroyed by a hurricane of hate, in a sea of bitterness and despair.

Keep in mind that nothing beats a “just because” bouquet of flowers. May you have unforgettable and sensual Valentine’s Day!

No doubt, every woman is unique, so is every woman’s body and figure. Female body is a source of sexual pleasure as well as aesthetic. Women, as flowers and fruits, come in all shapes, types and sizes as their body shapes are determined by, at least, five things: genetics (bone structure, body fat distribution), circumstance, lifestyle, age, and the quality of sex life. Nevertheless, there are some basic types women’s body shapes may fall into. As to the classifications and terms used to identify female body types – they vary greatly.

Female body types may be categorized according to William Sheldon, an American psychologist, who developed a unique ‘somatotypes’ typology based on a correlation between physique and personality traits associated with a certain body type. Female body types may be classified by letters: the A-frame body shape, the H-frame, the V-frame, the O-frame and the 8-frame (or Hourglass body shape). Sometimes, female bodies are categorized by geometric shapes as triangle downward, triangle upward, triangles opposing and facing in (aka, the Hourglass body shape) rectangle, rounded body shape.

And, finally, the most pleasing to the ear and *yummy* fruit classification!

So, what fruit shape most closely resembles your body shape? Are you a sweet, sexy “Strawberry”? A curvaceous and stunning “Hourglass”, or – in terms of fruits – strawberries opposing and facing in? Are you a deliciously enticing “Banana”? An appealing “Apple”? Or, a juicy, succulent “Pear”?

Today let’s take a look at the similarity between women’s figures and fruits shapes! Besides, let me suggest some sexual positions that may help to improve each body shape in order for your body image to become even more defined and toned, and the sexiest ever!

One of the major factors that greatly influences the body shape is the muscle and fat distribution on the body. For example, the pear-shaped women carry the majority of the excess fat on the thighs and hips. The apple-shaped women have the majority of excess fat in the middle area of the body. When it comes to the hourglass-shaped ladies, the body fat is stored mostly in the hips and buttocks as well as in the arms and chest. Therefore, my choice of the sex positions is based on which body part is exercised most in this or that sex position. Moreover, under certain circumstances, female bodies may transform from one type to another: pear-shaped ladies may become apple-shaped and otherwise, hourglass ladies may turn into pear-shaped, banana-shaped beauties may become “strawberries”! Well, enough introductions. Let’s get this party started.

Women, as fruits, come in all shapes, types and sizes. Each one is unique, appealing and delicious. Each one has her best body parts that men love most.

Female body shape “Strawberry”

Also known as The V-Frame, The Cone Shape, Triangle Downward. This female body shape is characterized by that most of the weight is carried in the upper body. A strawberry-shaped woman has shoulders that are two or more inches wider than the hips. A woman with this body shape usually has wide shoulders, narrow hips, and thin legs. When it comes to sexual positions and exercise, a “Strawberry” may choose to exercise her lower body, legs and hips.

Eye-catcher/eye-candy: Attractive Shoulders and Back
Sex position: Woman-on-top sex positions (help to build beautiful legs and hips), reverse cowgirl
May be modified into: By making your bottom wider, you may reshape your body to the hourglass silhouette or banana shape

Female body shape “Pear”

Also known as The A-Frame Body, The Spoon Shape, The Bell Shape, Triangle Upward. The pear-shaped female body is characterized by that most weight is carried in the lower region of the body. In other words, a woman with this body shape usually possesses not a big or even small bust, narrow shoulders, small defined waist, wide round hips and thighs. When it comes to sexual positioning, a “Pear” may choose to exercise her upper body – widening shoulders and back and breasts, while making her hips and thighs more toned, defined and fit. These women tend to gain weight very easily below the waistline, so they should have a very active and intense sex life and try countless sex positions ;)

Eye-catcher/eye-candy: Tempting, Spectacular Hips and Round Thighs
Sexual position: Woman-on-top sex positions (for your hips and thighs to become more toned and defined), giving handjobs (great exercise for arms; helps to tone up the muscles on which the breast tissue lies and make your chest line more prominent), Lotus sex position, lap dance, her-ass-in-the-air sex positions, reverse cowgirl
May be modified into: By making your top wider and your bottom toned and fit, you may achieve the hourglass silhouette

Female body shape “Banana”

Also known as The H-Frame Body Shape, The Rectangle shape, Athletic build. The banana-shaped ladies usually possess a relatively high level of androgen compared to the level of estrogen. The banana-shaped woman tends to have small bust, small buttocks, narrow waist and hips, thin arms and long slim legs. The waist measurement is less than 9 inches smaller than the bust or hips. The measurements of the chest, waist, and hips may be fairly equal. When it comes to sexual positioning and modifying your body image, “Banana” woman may want to focus on minimizing her waist and widening her shoulders and bust.

Eye-catcher/eye-candy: Long Legs, Flat Tummies
Sexual position: Giving footjobs (great exercise for legs), giving handjobs (great exercise to build a beautiful sexy chest line and strong arms), missionary sex position, all sex positions are great with/for this body shape
May be modified into: By widening your shoulders and bust, you may achieve the strawberry-silhouette

Female body shape “Apple”

Also known as The O-Frame Shape, Oval Shape, Rounded shape. This female body shape is generally characterized by relatively full bust and midsection, and slimmer legs. The body fat tends to deposit first in midsection. Apple-shaped women tend to have friendly-looking bellies :) By the way, a little belly on a woman – many men find it cute and fine. However, the apple-shaped ladies tend to gain weight easily around their tummies. So, when it comes to modifying your body image, “Apples” may want to focus on finding the balance between the belly and the rest of the body. Focus on sculpting your legs and widening shoulders. As to sexual positioning – all woman-on-top sex positions work great!

Eye-catcher/eye-candy: Friendly-looking Bellies, Great Cleavage, Legs
Sexual position: Woman-on-top sex positions, reverse cowgirl
May be modified into: Accentuate your slim legs and great cleavage by wearing stockings and breast-lifting bras. By widening your shoulders and hips you may achieve the banana-silhouette or strawberry

Female body shape “Strawberries opposing and facing in” or “Hourglass”

Also known as The 8-Frame shape, The Violin, The Triangles opposing, facing in. But, surely, the term “Hourglass” is most common to describe this female figure. The Hourglass-shaped ladies are wider at the top and bottom, and narrow in the middle. In other words, the hourglass-shaped beauties are endowed with a very narrow well-defined waist, wide hips, round perky butt, and large bust. Basically, bust and hips tend to be almost equal, but the waist is typically about 9-10 inches less diameter than the top and bottom. Body fat typically distributes around both the upper body and lower body. In fact, the hourglass figure is mostly about the body shape and contours, not the weight. A woman can be big and hourglass-shaped, and she can be small and thin and hourglass-shaped. As to sexual positioning – Her-ass-in-the-air sex positions and all sex positions that exercise woman’s hips/butt and require squats from a woman may work very well and look very sexy!

Eye-catcher/eye-candy: Magnificent Narrow Waist and Juicy Perky Butt
Sexual position: Her-ass-in-the-air sex positions, reverse cowgirl, doggy-style sex position, Lotus sex position, lap dance, all sex positions that exercise woman’s hips and require squats from a woman
May be modified into: The Hourglass figure is believed to be one of the sexiest of female body shapes. Under some circumstances, the hourglass figure can become pear-shaped

One final note.

Whatever your body shape and type – the following things/tricks give you true beauty:

Self-confidence
“Feminine” behavior
Toned and silky-smooth skin/body
Visual tricks in dressing and overall appearance (high heels, for example)
Perfumes with charming, delicate floral and fruity notes
Star sparkling eyes full of naughty expressions
A well-timed smile

May your days be full of soul-satisfying, body-stimulating and mind-blowing love and sex!

The hourglass figure, also known as a guitar or violin, is the term given to the body shape of women who have waist-hip differential – in other words – a well-defined and very narrow waist and relatively full hips and bust. An hourglass figure is a female body silhouette that resembles an hourglass – which is wider at the top and bottom and narrow in the middle. Basically, bust and hips must be almost equal, but waist must be about 9-10 inches less diameter than the top and bottom. An hourglass figure is mostly about the body shape and contours, not the weight. In fact, a woman can be big and hourglass-shaped, and she can be small and thin and hourglass-shaped.

Now, enjoy the photos and quotes of the beautiful women with appetite forms and perfect hourglass figures! Can’t wait to hear your impressions!

Sophia Loren on her figure and body assets: “Everything you see, I owe to spaghetti.”

Jayne Mansfield:
“I’ve got the strangest build. It’s big in the hips, small in the waist and I’ve got these enormous…shoulders.”

“A 41-inch bust and a lot of perseverance will get you more than a cup of coffee – a lot more.”

“A woman should be pink and cuddly for a man.”

Gina Lollobrigida: “I’ve had many lovers and still have romances. I am very spoiled. All my life, I’ve had too many admirers.”

Marilyn Monroe:

“The body is meant to be seen, not all covered up.”

“I stood naked in front of my full-length mirror for a long time yesterday. I was all made up with my hair done. What did I see? My breasts are beginning to sag a bit. My waist isn’t bad. My ass is what it should be, the best there is. Legs, knees and ankles still shapely. And my feet are not too big. Ok, Marilyn, you have it all there. It is decision time.”

Marilyn once joked that her epitaph should read: “Here lies Marilyn Monroe, 38-23-36”

Diana Dors: “The only sex symbol Britain has produced since Lady Godiva.”

Raquel Welch: “If you have physical attractiveness you don`t have to act.”

Dita Von Teese:

“I haven’t had any other plastic surgery, or any Botox. But I will always admit to everything I’ve done. Whatever I have, if someone else wants it, they should be able to paint it on, too. I’m not trying to pretend that I’m practically perfect in every way, and I’m naturally this way and oh no, I never have to work out and I can eat whatever I want… This drives me insane when I hear this! And I’m sure it drives other women insane too. I’m telling the truth: I work out really hard, I eat what I want to eat to a degree without dieting, and… I’m manufactured, and proud of it. I’m proud of what I created – ’cause I feel like I’m my own canvas, my own art piece.”

“When I was little, I remember watching Jayne Mansfield in ‘The Girl Can’t Help It’ and making a promise when I grew up I was going to have curves like that: the clinched-in waist, the big bust, and those ample hips that just popped off the screen. I’ve never made a secret about having my breasts done. It’s something I’m proud of. The message I want to get out is that anyone can do this. Honestly, without my bag of tricks, I am pretty ordinary – it’s just that I have a pretty nice bag of tricks.”

Mayra Veronica:

When asked in an interview what is it that makes Cuban women so sexy, Mayra Veronica replied: “I would definitely say the curves. I’m happy to be in an era where we’re bringing the curves back. We’re bringing sexy back.”

Kelly Brook, when asked on how she keeps her figure stunning and trim, replied: “Having tons of sex so you look fit and healthy – it’s the best thing in the world”

Kim Kardashian:

“I love curves. Being super skinny just isn’t attractive to me.”

“I really want to be toned. Every girl has her insecurities, whether she is skinny or not.”

“If Paris Hilton thinks my butt looks gross I really don’t care. At least I have a butt.”

Beyonce Knowles: “I always say, ‘I don’t want to lose my curves.’ I like firm curves. You can never do enough squats, you can never do enough sit-ups. I like for women to look feminine”

Jennifer Lopez said in an interview: “It’s true I could serve coffee using my rear as a ledge, but I’m proud of my butt”

Marilyn Monro, Jane Mansfield, Ava Gardner, Bettie Page… Gina Lollobrigida, Sofia Loren, Raquel Welch… Beyonce Knowles, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Mariah Carey, Kim Kardashian, Mayra Veronica, Yasmin Bleeth, Kelly Brook, Salma Hayek…

These gorgeous women are fine examples of an hourglass body shape. They are endowed with waist-hip differential, and have narrow waist, fairly large and round ass and breasts. Marilyn Monroe and Sofia Loren were so proud of their figures that they wore dresses a size too small to accentuate the curves and narrow waist. Many women are proud of their hourglass contours and many other women dream of having such figures and strive to create the hourglass look by using various body-modification methods and wearing breast-lifting bras and, of course, corsets.

An hourglass figure… It is one of the sexiest female body shapes ever. So, I think it deserves its own post and celebration. I felt inspired to make this post after I got an interesting question from a reader Kevin. The reader asked my opinion on complimenting a woman’s figure and body image. The thing is that he met a beautiful lady who was blessed with an hourglass body shape. Finally he commented that she had a “nice, full, hourglass figure” and also added “healthy”. The compliment sounded perfect in his mind and he thought she would take it as a compliment as well. But, instead, an hourglass-lady got deeply offended and slapped him in the face saying “Oh really….well perhaps I should do some plus size modeling!” He said that lady had large bust, narrow waist, shapely hips/legs, in other words, the classic figure of a 50’s pinup. It looks like that lady had interpreted “hourglass” as overweight, full and big figured. But, in fact, Kevin meant her figure was shapely, beautiful and well-proportioned.

Unfortunately, media and fashion industry strongly and negatively influence women’s minds making them think that their shapes and figures are not ideal and should be changed. Because of modern fashion standards and weight-loss media ads, some women tend to think that an hourglass figure and “curvy” are synonymous to overweight, big and fat. However, the fact is that a perfectly sculpted, fit and toned hourglass figure is not a shame and synonymous to overweight, big and fat – it is a figure to be proud of, and a turn-on for many men.

Now let’s define what an hourglass figure is all about, actually. An hourglass figure (also known as a guitar or violin, but not as pronounced, of course) is a silhouette which resembles an hourglass – which is wider at the top and bottom and narrow in the middle. Women with hourglass figures have round hips and relatively large busts which come in impressive contrast with a well-defined, narrow waist. Basically, bust and hips must be almost equal, but waist must be about 9-10 inches less diameter than the top and bottom.

The main thing that I want to emphasize is that an hourglass figure is mostly about the body shape and contours, NOT THE WEIGHT. A woman can be big and hourglass-shaped, and she can be small and thin and hourglass-shaped.

In fact, wide hips, large breasts and narrow waist in a woman have historically been considered a classical female body shape and sign of femininity. Large breasts and wide hips physically differentiate women from men, who are supposed to have narrow hips and ‘no boobs’, of course.

In medical sense, the hourglass figure is often considered to be a “healthy” female figure as it is believed that women with fairly large breasts and wide hips have a higher reproductive potential and higher level of female hormone estrogen. Although this is a VERY controversial issue, there is an opinion that a woman will have an easier childbirth if she has wide hips. OF COURSE it does not mean that a woman with smaller hips will not. There are a lot of women who are not hourglasses or have the “athletic” body type, but they look very feminine, beautiful and give birth to lovely healthy babies.

Fortunately, it seems to me the female hourglass figure or “curvy” figure comes back to up-to-date fashion and cover pages of modern magazines. It was a number of different polls and surveys asking people to vote for best female celebrity bodies, sexiest celebrity bodies, most desirable celebrity bodies. And you know what? Super curvaceous beauties like Kelly Brook, Kate Winslet, Jennifer Lopez topped the lists.

BBC once published study results showing that women with hourglass figures are more likely to become pregnant as they have the high reproductive potential and higher hormone levels. It was found that women with large breasts and narrow waist have higher levels of reproductive hormone estradiol than women with other body shapes. Again, whatever the study shows – the results are still controversial, in my opinion.

Let me repeat myself and say it one more time that perfectly sculpted and toned hourglass figure IS attractive and sexy. The hourglass figure is not a shame, it is a figure to be proud of. Dear hourglass-shaped ladies, show proudly your greatest treasure – your curves, waistline, bust, hips and butt.

One of my favorite quotes comes to mind: “A woman may develop wrinkles and cellulite, lose her waistline, her bustline, her ability to bear a child, even her sense of humor, but none of that implies a loss of her sexuality, her femininity.” The main thing about women’s figures is: whatever your figure and essets – do believe that you are the most beautiful and sexiest woman alive. Self-confidence, “feminine” behavior and appearance, and a well-timed smile give you true beauty. Of course, the above-mentioned is not an excuse to eat more cakes ;)

Dear men, remember – you do not love your woman because she is beautiful, she is beautiful because you love her…

See you as soon as possible ;)

Here’s is a list of things many men are probably doing wrong when it comes to sex with a woman, according to my personal experience and the experiences of other women. Of course, these aren’t the only things many women find annoying, but these are common mistakes many men tend to repeat with women over and over. Trust me on this guys, there is nothing worse than a lover who does not care about his woman’s sexual needs and her pleasure. Be a man that women crave in the bedroom, okay? Find out sex mistakes that can be a real turn off and stand head and shoulders above the rest.

No man is the perfect lover. No woman either. It means, no one is perfect, and only those who never do anything, never make mistakes. BUT although women less likely than men to repeat the same mistakes over and over again, they also do lots of things that can turn a man off in the bedroom. Moreover, women do more mistakes than men. In this post, I offer a checklist for ladies and essential tips!

When it comes to sexual turn-ons, men and women are very different. It is not a myth that women are attracted to a man who is comfortable with his emotions. It is also true that many women are on the hunt for an attractive man who knows how to treat a lady right! The following is a list of the top ten female turn-ons gathered from hours spent listening to women tell it like it is. So in this post you find top women’s turn-ons about men’s physical appearance, inner qualities and sexual self. Talking dirty to your sweetheart is a great form of sex play, but there are certain things you must keep in mind in order to have the best experience.
Tantric Sex – Sexual Pleasure For Body, For Mind, For Soul
It seems like the term “Tantric sex” has become popular lately, but what is it? How it can enrich your sex life? Why there has been a growing interest in Tantric sex today? Few people really know. Personally, I’m especially interested in this topic because I often get asked about Tantric sex and Tantric sexuality. So, if you want to make your love life better and become a better lover for your sweetheart and you have no idea what Tantric sex is all about – this article is for you. Learn basics about Tantric sex, get the essence of Tantric sexuality, the benefits and other great things and understandings about this sexual practice. Well, Tantric sex – what it is all about? If you want to give Tantric sex a try and incorporate ideas of Tantra into your sex life, firstly, you can start with getting more information about Tantric sexuality. Incorporate ideas of Tantra into your love life for pleasure and joy. I know that this is easier said than done, but learning some basics about Tantra can be very helpful and pleasurable.

Tantric Kissing Types and Techniques: Free Your Mind, Let Your Body Throb With Passion And Attain New Heights Of Sexual Pleasure!
Kissing… It is one of the most intimate acts of sexual expression. Highly pleasurable, stimulating, luscious, erotic. Kissing is like a “facial love-making”, and some lovers (including me) can reach orgasm through kissing alone. There are many different kinds of kisses: slow, quick, deep, wet, soft, hard and then there is Tantric kissing. In this post, you will find out some amazingly pleasurable ways of kissing in the tantric style. I share with you a great article by a female sexologist and worldwide speaker on relationships, intimacy and human sexuality. So do you want to know more about Eye brow Kissing or Synchronized Kissing? Go on, check out my post and find out.

SCENTsual Sexuality: Natural Body Scents – What’s In Them
It’s not a secret that scent is one of the most powerful human senses. My point in this post is how important our body natural smells and odors are. Here you may take a look at how and why human body scents influence sexual attraction. For example, do you know that the scent of man’s sweat is an aphrodisiac to many women? Do you know about Pheromones? Due to pheromone chemicals, the odour of male natural sweat can be highly attractive to some women. A study revealed that male sweat actually contains a compound called “androstenone” that sexually arouses women and gives a boost to our moods and sexual arousal. So, check out this article and… sniff until orgasm!

“Shhh, Cum Fast And Quiet!” OR Sex In Public Places – Minimize Risk And Maximize Pleasure!
Parked cars, swimming pools, parks, offices, balconies, wherever the mood strikes… So, how dirty and naughty you are? ;) Have you ever had sex in a public place? I know many people who have had it, love it and do it whenever they get the chance. Personally, I’ll be honest and say that I’m really not into having sex in random, public places and it is not high on my long sexual fantasy list. Still, being sexually adventurous, I have had it several times but there was no one around because being watched doesn’t turn me on. Sometimes the desire is too overpowering to wait, so public and outdoor sex is all about “take me, right here, right now! It doesn’t matter where we are!!!” It’s about doing what’s considered naughty and “forbidden”, and yes, it worth trying at least once, if it’s not harming anyone else and if you’re completely responsible for all your actions. Sexual escapades in outdoors, in public or semi-public places do add novelty and spontaneity to a sexual relationship, and lead to more intense, more explosive orgasms. But it’s always important to minimize risk and maximize pleasure. Sex in public places: what is it? Why do people love it and do it? What are some popular places for engaging in public sex? What are the taboos and things you should be aware of when doing it in a public place? This article may answer these questions and give you more tips, ideas and rules of thumb about sex in public places.

“You’re Almost As Good As My Ex!”, “Did You Come Yet, Dear?” – And Other Things You Should Never Say During Sex!
In this article, you’ll find some things you should never say during lovemaking! You’ve probably already read them online and knew that, but still here is a list for those of you who may have missed it. Being vocal during sex and talking dirty is great, but there are things that your partner doesn’t want to hear before, during and after that intimate act! “Mood-Killers” – Part one…

“MOOD-KILLERS” Or Things Not To Say Before, During And After Sex!
Mood-killers – Part two. There is nothing you can do more for your special someone than to be a considerate and thoughtful lover who knows what to do and what to say before, during and after sex. Appropriate words and phrases can be very powerful and stimulating during sex; words can arouse desire, infuse your lovemaking with passion, and reveal sexual fantasies. Talking in the heat of passion is great and it helps to intensify satisfaction for you and your partner, but there are different kinds of sex talk, for example, there is an erotic talk, a dirty talk and there is a stupid talk (*wink*). After reviewing some of my friends’ “mood killers”, as well as some of my personal experience, I’ve compiled a list of some things that your partner doesn’t want to hear before, during and after sex. It is for your own good guys, so pay attention and try to avoid the mistakes that are surprisingly common. In this post, take a look at a variety of awkward comments and other things we all are not supposed to say during intimacy.

The Sounds of Sex: Why Do We Moan And Groan During Sex?
Delicious, arousing, orgasmic moans. Taking your breath away. Why we moan and groan during lovemaking? What is the origin of moaning/groaning as a response during sex? What are the ways and types of sex moans? Do all lovers make passionate noises and moan during sex? What about men and moaning? You can find the answers in my post. Good moaning to everyone!

The Breast Orgasm: Not Common, But Certainly Possible!
Luckily for us women and contrary to our popular belief that men are uncaring and insensitive towards our sexual needs, there are loads of things men actually want to know about our sexuality. What are women’s turn-ons; what we want in bed; what do we fantasize about; what and where is the g-spot; what we like and don’t like about men… and so on. Very few men are comfortable asking a woman what feels right to her and what she wants sexually. Still, there are a thousand questions men ask women or want to ask. And one of the most popular questions I get often is: “Is it true that there are women that can achieve orgasm through breast stimulation alone?” This article is my answer. I spill the beans about what is the breast orgasm and what it takes for your woman to have it…

I’ve recently received an interesting and thought-provoking e-mail from a reader Kevin. And I’m glad to post my reply to the following letter:

I discovered your blog and thought you might have some good insight on this. I met a really attractive and intelligent woman at a party a few weeks ago. It was a public event at an art gallery. She was a high school teacher in her early thirties. Her parents emigrated here from the Phillipines and she seemed to have very traditional values and was passionate about teaching. We had been talking for a good half hour and really seemed to be hitting it off. We had even made tentative plans to meet for coffee sometime.

Then, things suddenly went downhill. I commented that she had a “nice, full, hourglass figure”. I thought she would take it as a compliment but instead she became deeply offended. She snapped, “Oh really….well perhaps I should do some plus size modeling!” I went into damage control mode and tried to clarify my comments but I think I only exacerbated things when I used the term “healthy”. With a look of complete disgust, she slapped my face and departed.

I will never forget those agonizing moments in the immediate aftermath, as I was standing there alone rubbing my cheek, drawing some judgemental stares from onlookers. Needless to say, it was not my proudest moment, LOL.

She had the classic figure of a 50’s pinup – large bust, narrow waist, shapely hips/legs. I guess she had interpreted “hourglass” as meaning big/overweight/full figured. I just thought it meant shapely and well proportioned.

When I told a female friend about this she shook her head and said it was never a good idea to comment on a woman’s figure, even if I thought it was complimentary. What do you think about this?

- Kevin -

Hello there, Kevin! Warmest THANK YOU for your e-mail. Your interest in my opinion is a huge compliment to me.

While reading through your “hourglass” story, I was smiling to myself a lot, with pleasure. And I am still smiling right now. Guess why? Because I’m blessed with an hourglass figure. I have nice breasts, well-defined waist and round butt and hips. I have ‘meat’ (lol) in all the right places, but I am still physically fit and I am not fat or overweight. As you’ve said it’s just the classic figure of the fifties. So I graciously accept all the compliments on my figure from both men and women.

Now, let’s consider your situation together.

First, let’s define what is an hourglass figure. An hourglass figure (also known as a guitar or violin, but of course not as pronounced) is a silhouette which resembles an hourglass which is wider at the top and bottom and narrow in the middle. Women with hourglass figures have round hips and relatively large busts which come in impressive contrast with a well-defined, narrow waist. Basically, bust and hips must be almost equal, but waist must be about 9-10 inches less diameter than the top and bottom. An hourglass figure is mostly about the body shape and contours, not the weight. A woman can be big and hourglass-shaped, and she can be small and thin and hourglass-shaped.

To all women who are endowed with an hourglass-shaped figure. An hourglass figure is mainly about the female body shape and contours, rather than weight. A perfectly sculpted, fit and toned hourglass figure is not a shame, it’s a figure to be proud of. A perfect hourglass figure is an eye-catcher and a turn-on for many men.

Marilyn Monro, Jane Mansfield, Ava Gardner, Bettie Page…

Gina Lollobrigida, Sofia Loren, Raquel Welch…

Beyonce Knowles, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Shakira, Kim Kardashian, Mayra Veronica, Kate Winslet, Yasmin Bleeth, Kelly Brook, Kate Winslet, Salma Hayek…

All these cuties are endowed with gorgeous curves and they are fine examples of hourglass figures. They have waist-hip differential, fairly large and round butt and boobs. Marilyn Monroe and Sofia Loren were so proud of their curves that they wore dresses a size too small to accentuate the figure contours and beautiful narrow waist. Many women are proud of their hourglass figures and many other women dream of having such figures – they strive to create the hourglass look by wearing breast-enhancing bras and corsets. In my opinion, having an hourglass figure is not a shame, it’s an honor, it’s an award from God.

Now, onto ”healthy”. Let me guess what you meant by saying “healthy”.

Historically, wide hips, large breasts and narrow waist in a woman have always been considered a sign of femininity. Large breasts and wide hips physically differentiate women from men, who are supposed to have narrow hips and no boobs, of course. In medical sense, the hourglass figure is often considered to be a “healthy” female figure as women with fairly large breasts and wide hips have a higher reproductive potential and higher level of female hormone estrogen. Although this is a VERY controversial issue, there is an opinion that a woman will have an easier childbirth if she has wide hips. OF COURSE it does not mean that a woman with smaller hips will not. There are a lot of women who are not hourglasses or have the “athletic” body type, but they look very, very, very feminine, absolutely beautiful and successfully give birth to wonderful babies.

Also, by saying “healthy”, you probably meant that a woman you met had a perfectly sculpted and toned body, not fat or overweight. Am I right?

Now onto the complimenting on a woman’s figure and body image.

When you first meet a woman – complimenting on her figure and body image is not a good idea. Here’s why…

Everyone loves to receive kind and sincere compliments. And it is so wonderful that you feel comfortable to compliment a woman.

BUT

Although I realize that your compliment was, well, “complimentary”, I have to admit that your lady friend was right. To comment on a woman’s figure is okay – when you know that woman very well or she is your long-term girlfriend. But commenting on a woman’s figure when you meet a woman for the first time – it is not a good idea, even if you paid the sincerest compliment you’ve ever paid.

If that lady got offended with your compliment, it means she is not happy enough with her body shapes and assets. And you know what? Believe it or not, for most women, body image is a constant struggle. Almost every woman on Earth, regardless of her size and body assets, has some parts of her body she would like to improve, or, even, well, “remove”. Even the world’s most beautiful and ideally shaped women do have some body image issues.

Especially, when it comes to a woman’s breasts, hips, butt and legs.

I know very few women who are absolutely satisfied with their body looks. In fact, we women tend to worry about our body image tooooo much sometimes. Our body image worries are based on our weight issues, the quality of our sex life, previous sexual experiences and relationships, and other things.

As I know, dear men, you are much less critical of female body than we are. But the fact is that women will always be critical of their body. Andconvincing us to totally accept our bodies is almost… impossible.

For example, Kevin, if you sincerely think she has a “nice, full, hourglass figure” and this compliment sounds perfect in your mind – it does not mean she thinks so. As I’ve mentioned earlier, she might be unsatisfied with her figure and shape. Unfortunately, nowadays, some women tend to think that an hourglass figure and the word “curvy” are synonymous with overweight and fat. And, fortunately, hourglasses come back to fashion and media.

Dear men, thank you for your compliments, and please keep complimenting us. However, any compliment should be well-timed and thoughtful – especially – when you FIRST meet a woman. When you first meet a woman, I advise you to avoid very specific and very personal compliments (such as compliments with some sexual content, body-image compliments) in order to avoid misinterpretations, judgmental stares from onlookers and a slap in the face ;) When you first meet a woman, to be on the safe side, you may choose to compliment her soft melodious voice, her beautiful moves and posture, her interesting thoughts, her excellent style of dressing. If you genuinely find it worth complimenting. And remember – not only it is important WHAT you say, it is also very important HOW you say it.

Personally, I always accept all the compliments if they are genuine, coming from the bottom of one’s heart. I think it’s always nice to receive a compliment, and I also love giving sincere compliments to other people, particularly, men. Men do like receiving compliments; they just pretend they don’t ;)

Dear Kevin, I hope it was somewhat helpful and explaining. I’d be happy to get your feedback! Once again, thank you so much for bringing up this important and interesting topic!

Now some questions for you, my sweethearts:
What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?
How do you respond to compliments?
Is it easier to accept a compliment from a stranger, or someone who knows you really well?
Do you love it or not when someone compliments you on your body image?

Looking forward to hear your thoughts and experiences!
