Good Thursday morning to you, Nellioness.
Re; the ratios – it’s all relative, isn’t it? It just made me realize that when I am having a bad mood, it occurs less in my life than the good stuff.
Am starting to read ‘Course in Miracles’ and other books that write about how perspective and choices can affect so much of whether our lives are content or stress-filled. That we have more power than we know to do the things that will bring us a good life, instead of stubbornly staying stuck on what isn’t working but hoping it will change anyway because we want it to.
