Here I am again with a new sex glossary! :) In my previous sex glossary post, I offered a list of sexual definitions beginning with sensual letter G. Today I want to share with you sexual words beginning with the three hottest letters: H, O, T! Today’s glossary contains 30 definitions of sexual practices, garments, slang and anatomical words, and much more. Although most of the words are well known, still let me hope that someone will find something new to learn and try out. For those first-timers here, let me say once again that the definitions are simplified, described briefly and intended for a general audience, and for general information purposes only. I’m always open to your suggestions, corrections and comments.

Sexicon for lovers and others: LETTERS H, O, T

HYMEN: Hymen is a tissue, a fold of mucous membrane, which partly or completely covers the vaginal opening, generally seen in the younger ladies. It is named after a Greek god of marriage Hymenaois. The rupture of the hymen may result in some slight bleeding and painful sensations. A slang term for hymen is “cherry”, and “popping the cherry” is losing virginity. The hymen can be broken through sexual or non-sexual activities. By the way, some women are born without a hymen.

HOURGLASS FIGURE: The hourglass figure, also known as a guitar or violin, is the term given to the body shape of women who have waist-hip differential – in other words – a well-defined narrow waist and relatively full hips and bust. An hourglass figure is a female body silhouette that resembles an hourglass – which is wider at the top and bottom and narrow in the middle. Basically, bust and hips must be almost equal, and waist must be about 9-10 inches less diameter than the top and bottom. An hourglass figure is mostly about the body shape and contours, not the weight. A woman can be big and hourglass-shaped, and she can be small and thin and hourglass-shaped.

HAND JOB: For those who still do not know what “handjob” stands for :) Hand job is a manual masturbation, particularly done by another. Handjob is when another person (most often, it is a woman) stimulates a penis (most often, it is a man’s penis ;) with her hand(s) until the man ejaculates. HOMOSEXUAL: Homosexual is a person who is sexually and romantically attracted to the same sex

HEAVY PETTING: Heavy petting is a form of a non-penetrative sexual activity, also known as outercourse. Heavy petting is rubbing against each other in a sexual way or engaging in mutual masturbation without sexual intercourse.

HUM ON THE FLUTE: Hum on the flute is the same as play-on-the-flute or play-on-the-skin-flute, which refers to giving a blowjob, aka fellatio.

HARDCORE: Sexual pictures, movies, etc. that show penetration, genitals, an erect penis. Hardcore is opposite of softcore.

HOSIERY: Hosiery refers to the garments worn on the feet and legs. Hosiery is especially worn by women. Most hosiery garments are made of stretchy fabrics and meshes, and come in a number of colors, patterns and types such as thigh-high stockings, leggings, body stockings, pantyhose, tights.

ONE NIGHT STAND: It is the term more commonly applied to a sexual affair between two or more people who will never see each other again. Originally, a one-night stand referred to a single night theatre performance by a guest group on tour.

ORAL SEX: Oral sex is sexual activity where one lover uses his/her mouth to caress the genitals of another for sexual gratification. Fellatio or blowjob is oral sex performed on a man. Cunnilingus is oral sex performed on a woman.

ORGY: Orgy is an event of group sex involving more than four participants. Orgies have also been known to have been practiced since ancient Rome. People of all sexual orientations and genders may engage in orgy sex. One of my male friends said orgy is “a sex party where everybody fucks and sucks everybody”.

ORGASM: Orgasm is an extremely powerful, body-shaking, sharp and delicious sensation during sex. It is a peak of sexual arousal and satisfaction during which sexual tension is built and then released. In a man, orgasm is usually accompanied by ejaculation. When it comes to the female orgasm, a mild female orgasm may have 3 -6 contractions, an intense orgasm may have 9 -16 contractions. Some women emit or spray fluid from their urethra during orgasm (known as female ejaculation). During orgasm, the facial expression of a person may look like he/she is in pain. Some women can achieve orgasm via breast fondling – the breast orgasm, which is totally different from a clitoral or vaginal orgasm. During the correct breasts stimulation, the strongest feeling of arousal is concentrated in breasts and nipples area. THONG: Thong is a type of underwear/panties, predominantly worn by women. Although thong and g-string are often used interchangeably, a thong usually has a little more fabric and looks like “Y” at the waistband. Initially, thongs were designed for cutting down on visible panty lines when wearing tight clothes. As the g-string, the thong is one of the most powerful weapons in women’s seduction repertoire.

TEABAGGING: Teabagging is when a man lowers his testicles down onto someone’s mouth. So-called because of the resemblance to lowering a teabag into water.

THREESOME: Threesome is when three people have sex at once

TOSSING SOMEONE’S SALAD: The act of eating out the anus of another person with your tongue and lips. In other words, it is performing oral sex on someone’s anus, aka Anilingus.

TRAIN: In sexual vocabulary, train is a line of men having sex, where each man anally penetrates the man in front of him, connecting together like the cars of a train. Train may be also applied to a group of people lined up waiting to have sex with someone. For example, “gangbang” where a number of people have sex with one person.

TRIBADISM: Tribadism, also known as “scissoring”, is a form of non-penetrative sex between two women. The term is most often used in the context of lesbian sex in which women are rubbing and pressing their pussies against each other. Tribadism is not only pussy-against-pussy rubbing, it is any form of pussy-rubbing against a partner.

I am not into regular coffee drinking, but I do love coffee. For me, coffee is not so much about the taste, it is mostly about the strong, delicious, hot, stimulating aroma. So, I’ve got wondered if there is any connection between sexual drive and coffee. I’ve searched the web for the information and a 2006 BBC news report has caught my eye. The report says coffee can boost female sex drive by stimulating part of the brain which regulates and stimulates sexual arousal. The US study has shown that, in humans, coffee might enhance the sexual experience only among those who are not habitual coffee drinkers. Here is what the researchers say.

Scientists from Southwestern University found caffeine increased the female libido in experiments on rats. The Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behaviour journal study said the effect was caused by it stimulating the part of the brain regulating arousal. But researchers said a similar effect was only likely to be repeated in humans who do not drink coffee regularly. Previous research has looked into both the health benefits and consequences of coffee consumption.

In the latest research, scientists gave 108 female rats a moderate dose of caffeine before a mating test to determine if the caffeine had any effect on female behaviour. They found that administration of caffeine shortened the amount of time it took the females to return to the males after sex for another mating session. The study said the effects appeared to go beyond a simple boost of energy for socialising, but researchers said the effect may not be repeated in all humans.

Lead researcher Dr Fay Guarraci said: “These rats had never had caffeine before. In humans, it might enhance the sexual experience only among people who are not habitual users.” But she added the study should help improve understanding about the relationship between the brain and behaviour. “Understanding the circuits that control this behaviour will help us understand how the brain works and what part of the brain mediates motivation because sexual behaviour is a motivative behaviour.”

But a spokesman for the British Coffee Association said: “We are not that convinced by this. Humans would have to drink 10 cups of coffee in one go to get the same effect and that is not the normal consumption level”. “There are health benefits of coffee, but at this stage I do not think we can include this as one.”

Coffee contains a chemical compound Caffeine, which is a powerful stimulant for the central nervous system and hormone production (especially, adrenaline production). Coffee leads to the blood pressure increase, thus giving the energizing effect and leading to sex drive boost and better sexual performance. As far as I know.

Today let me go on with my series of sex glossaries. Although sometimes it seems like there is no end in sight with my glossary posts, still, whether you want it or not, I’ll keep posting them as I want you to increase your sexual vocabulary.

As I mentioned in my previous posts, everyone comes across new sex terms from time to time. I often hear men and women complain about their lovers who sometimes do not know the simplest words and things related to sexuality. So let me hope that my sex glossaries are somewhat a solution. Who wants to be with a person who’s clueless when it comes to things sexual? To be a good and sexy lover and have a good sex life, we have to know who’s who and what’s what in the world of love, lust and sex.

In my previous sex glossary post, I offered a list of sexual definitions beginning with the naughty three letters F, U and K. Today I want to share with you sexual words beginning with a very sensual letter G. Take a few minutes to look through the list, which contains many interesting and informative tips and definitions of things sensual and sexual. Surely, most of the words are very well known for us all – still – chances are that there is also new stuff to be learned and tried out.

GROUP SEX: the name says it all. Group sex is sexual activity involving more than two partners, in other words – three or more sexual partners at the same time. People of all sexual orientations and genders may engage in group sex. Having group sex is one of the most common sexual fantasies in men. One of the events of group sex is a so-called ‘daisy chain’. Daisy chain refers to multiple partners where a group of men, women or both each perform oral sex on the next partner. Thus, each participant of the daisy chain can both give and receive oral pleasure simultaneously. Group sex may also involve swinging activities (switching partners, especially spouses).

GANG BANG: A gang bang or gangbang is type of sexual activity where a number of people have sex with one person. Most often, the situation involves two men who have sex (one after another or at the same time) with one woman. When one man has sex at the same time or sequentially with more than one woman, this sexual situation is known as a ‘reverse gang bang’. In 2004, in Warsaw, an American pornographic film actress Lisa Sparxxx achieved a gangbang record in a gangbang competition. Ms Sparxxx had sex with 919 men in one day, as part of the Third Annual World Gangbang Championship and Eroticon 2004. Eroticon is an annual porn festival, in Warsaw, Poland. The previous record was set in 2003, by Marianna Rokita who had sex with 759 men in a day.

GANGBANG RECORDS: While we are on the topic of Gangbang, let me list some world gangbang records achieved by some female porn stars. Can you imagine what it must have felt like down there for them?

In 1995, World’s Biggest Gang Bang I was achieved by former pornographic actress Annabel Chong who had sex 251 times with 80 men in one day, and was paid $12,000.

Jasmin St. Claire won World’s Biggest Gang Bang II by having sex with 300 men.

In 1999, World’s Biggest Gang Bang III was achieved by Houston who had 620 acts.

In 2000, the event named Gangbang 2000 revealed a new gangbang star – pornographic actress Sabrina Johnson – who had sex with total 2000 men in 2 days.

In 2003, Marianna Rokita had sex with 759 men in a day.

In 2002, at the First Annual World Gangbang Championship in Poland, Polish porn star Klaudia Figura had sex with 646 men during one day.

In 2004, an American pornographic film actress Lisa Sparxxx had sex with 919 men in one day, as part of the Third Annual World Gangbang Championship and Eroticon 2004, held in Poland. According to the rules each sexual act has to take 30-60 seconds.

Largest anal gangbang was done by Victoria Givens who engaged in anal sex with 101 men. The event took place in a nightclub in North Hollywood, CA.

Largest reverse gangbang took place in 1998. Record holder was John Dough had sex with 101 women in one day; most of the acts were oral sex.

GAY: Refers to both homosexual men (men who feel sexual attraction to other men) and homosexual women (lesbians)

GLORY HOLE: Glory hole is a fist-sized hole in a wall, placed about hip high for the average guy, and may be found in gay sex clubs. The idea of the glory hole is simple – it allows anonymous sex between people on either side of the wall.

GLANS: Glans or the glans penis refers to the head of the penis

GOLDEN SHOWER: “Golden showers” (or “platinum shower”, or “piss play”) refer to specific sex acts and plays involving urine. These activities are often referred to as “watersports”. Golden shower is urinating/peeing in such a way that the other partner can see and/or feel it. Some golden shower practitioners engage in this act while swimming together in the bath, or ocean, etc.

GIVING HEAD: Giving head – also well known as blowjob, headjob or fellatio – is a common slang term for performing oral sex on a man. Some men say “smile is the second best thing women can do with their lips”. Other men say that the stomach is the second thing that leads to a man’s heart. G-SPOT: The G-Spot is an erogenous area of nerve tissue within the woman’s pussy which, when stimulated, may bring intense sexual pleasure to some women. The g-spot is located on the front of the inner upper wall of the vagina. The g-spot is named after its discoverer, a German physician Ernst Grafenburg, who found this sensitive spot in the 1950’s. This sensual spot is equivalent to the male prostate. The g-spot is the second area in women which exists solely for sexual pleasure. The number one pleasure-spot is the clitoris. Until now, there are many debates on the g-spot existence. Believe me, the g-spot does exist, but it is sensitive only in some women. Only few women are able to target it and orgasm through it.

When touched, the G-spot area tissue feels rougher than the rest of the vaginal wall and may be found about 1.5 to 3 inches up the vaginal wall. Just a note: feel for the ridges on the roof of your mouth, just behind your upper teeth. The g-spot area will feel somewhat analogous to what you feel touching the ridges in your mouth.

When it comes to the question of how to find the g-spot, the answer is – doggy-style sexual position. The doggy position is the best and most effective sexual position to fully explore the g-spot zone. Have your lady lying on her stomach with hips elevated with a pillow and legs open wide. Or, ask her kneel on all fours in the doggy position and tell her push her hips back so you can have an easy access to her magnificent g-spot. Insert your thumb into her.
