With this post, I continue my sex-glossary series of posts. Today I want to share with you a list of sexual definitions beginning with the letter D! Take a few minutes to look through the list, and keep in mind that some of the definitions are simplified, described briefly and intended for a general audience, and for general information purposes only. Increase your sexual vocabulary and do not forget to check out my previous lists:

Sexicon for lovers and others: LETTER D

DEEP THROAT: this is a slang word for a blowjob technique in which a man’s entire erect penis is inserted deep into the partner’s mouth. In 1972 there was an American porn movie titled “Deep Throat” (starring a porn actress “Linda Lovelace” who died in 2002). The film tagline is “How far does a girl have to go to untangle her tingle?”. The film’s about a sexually unsatisfied woman who can’t achieve an orgasm and seeks for a medical help. Then a doctor discovers that this lady has a birth defect: her clitoris is located in her… throat. And then she performs an oral sex (thereafter known as “deep throat”) on various men as a ‘remedy’. The film ends with: “The End. And Deep Throat to you all” :)

DOUBLE PENETRATION: or double fucking, or DP, is commonly used to describe a simultaneous penetration of a woman’s pussy and anus by two men, with one penis in her anus, and the other in her pussy. Also, DP can be done with one man and a sex toy. Simultaneous penetration of the anus by two penises (or sex toys and other objects) is called ‘double anal’ or ‘double stuffing’. Double vaginal or double stuffing is simultaneous penetration of the pussy by two penises (or other penis-shaped objects and sex toys).

DAISY CHAIN: multiple partners sex (participants can be gay, lesbian or straight), where a group of men, women (or both) each perform oral sex on the next partner. Thus, each participant of the daisy chain can both give and receive oral pleasure at the same time.

DRY SEX: there are different definitions of what it means. Among the meanings there are: 1) sex without lubrication; 2) sex without ejaculation; 3) sex without penetration (two people, fully or partially clothed, go through the motions of sexual intercourse and rub against each other up and down, back and forth).

D/S: or Ds, or D/S, D & S; stands for dominant and submissive or dominance-and-submission, commonly used in BDSM. Dominance-and-submission play is an erotic power play or power-exchange in erotic way between consenting partners

DOUBLE BAGGING: refers to wearing two condoms at once. Some men use double bag in order to delay ejaculation and last longer in bed. In fact, while intended to provide extra protection, double bagging increases the risk of condom failure!

DIRTY SANCHEZ: after having anal sex, a man pulls out his penis and wipes it across his partner’s upper lip. Or, the act of inserting a finger into one’s anus and gather the feces to smear this dirty stuff on the upper lip of a partner. There are also equivalent terms ‘Stinky Hitler’ or ‘Frosty Mustache’. Sexual pleasure from… feces? I don’t believe it.

DENTAL DAM: dental dams (or ‘oral dams’) are used during oral sex to reduce the skin contact and the transmission of intimate fluids to protect partners from sexually transmitted diseases and bacteria. They are called “dental” dams because they were originally designed for use in dental procedures as a protective measure for dentists working on a patient’s teeth. Dental dams are thin pieces of latex placed over the vulva or anus. They may come in a variety of flavors and colors, and can be used with a water-based lubricant for more pleasure. A few tips for you: 1) Don’t share dams and never reuse a dental dam; 2) Use only one side of the dam; 3) Always use a new dam if switching between oral-vaginal and oral-anal sex; 4) Don’t use oil-based lubes with dams, oil can weaken the latex.

DICK: slang word for a man’s penis. How “dick” came to be associated with penis is not known. Also, there are other D-letter-words for the penis: ding dong; dong, dangly bits; dip stick; diver; ding-a-ling; Dr. Dick; etc. And some words for a pussy: door of life; down there; dick driver; danger zone; dick sleeve; divine scar; downstairs; downtown, etc.

DILDO: dildo is a sex toy, phallic in appearance. Dildo sex toys may be used by people of all genders and sexual orientations. These adult toys are great for all sexual activities. Today, there are many types of dildos. They come in a variety of colors, materials, textures, shapes and sizes. There are dildos which are specially designed for G-spot stimulation. There are dildos for anal play; these are called butt-plugs. There are also double-ended dildos, designed for women to use them for anal and vaginal penetration at once. Strap-on dildos are designed to be worn in a harness. Also, you can find a variety of dildos that have a suction cup attached to the base. Vibrating dildos or dildo vibrators are amazing sex toys that allow for penetration and vibration at the same time! Many dildos, especially those made of glass, not only bring you physical satisfaction, they also have very beautiful and unique designs to bring you a great visual stimulation!

DUAL ACTION VIBRATOR: a dual action vibrator is a sex toy every woman should own, because dual-action vibes are designed to provide vaginal and clitoral stimulation at once! These sex toys combine the phallic dildo vibrator with a clitoral vibe.

DOUCHE: a douche is a device used to introduce a stream of water or a cleansing solution into the body. The word “douche” comes from a French word which means “shower”. Women use vaginal douching to clean the vagina, reduce vaginal odors, or rinse away remaining menstrual blood at the end of the period, etc. However, this is not necessary since the vagina is self-cleaning. Some ladies use a vaginal douche just after a sexual intercourse to wash away semen or avoid sexually transmitted infection. In fact, vaginal douching is not a contraceptive method and it can even increase the risk of developing an infection.

I need your help to make this glossary better! As always, any suggestions, corrections and comments are highly appreciated! Let me know if you have something to add (word/term/phrase) to this D-letter-list. Please, use the comment form below to submit sexual words I’ve missed! I know I’ve missed a lot.

Beautiful sexy girl reading

Whether you want it or not, here I am again with more sexual words and definitions ;)

I’m about to share with you 20 words beginning with the letter C. Everyone, whether you admit it or not, comes across new terms from time to time. I often hear men and women complain a great deal about their lovers who sometimes do not know the simple things about sexuality and sex. So let me hope that this sex glossary is somewhat a solution. Keep in mind that some of the definitions are simplified, described briefly and intended for a general audience, and for general information purposes only. Now, without further ado, here’s a list.

Sex Glossary: Sex Words And Terms Every Adult Should Know – Sexual Definitions Letter A!

Sexicon for lovers and others: LETTER C

CUNNILINGUS: cunnilingus is oral stimulation of a woman’s most intimate places, the clitoris and vulva. The word cunnilingus came from a Latin word for the vulva “cunnus”, and from the Latin word for tongue “lingua”.

CAT, The: or C.A.T., stands for Coital Alignment Technique. The coital alignment technique is a variant of the missionary position aimed to maximize clitoral stimulation! This sensual technique increases a woman’s chance to orgasm during sexual intercourse. What’s different from the classic missionary is that the CAT requires the man and woman’s combined movement and men’s thrusting happens from the higher angle than in standard missionary. In this position, the man enters a woman in the normal missionary and then lifts himself further up the length of her body so that the base of his penis provides stimulation of her clitoris! The woman can wrap her legs around the man or rest her feet on his calves. She can begin to move her own butt to make contact between her clitoris and the base of his penis. Sexual movement is focused in the pelvises, without leverage from the arms or legs.

COCK RING: a sex toy designed to put on a man’s penis during sex to intensify the sensations and help prolong the sexual experience by slowing down the flow of blood out of the penis. Cock rings can be used for masturbation and partner sex. Basically, there are adjustable cock rings and non-adjustable cock rings, non-vibrating cock rings and vibrating cock rings. These sex toys can be made of a variety of different materials such as leather cock rings, rubber, silicone, metal cock rings. Some cock rings can be worn around the penis; some cock rings are designed for the scrotum alone; and some can be worn for penis and scrotum. There are vibrating cock rings which deliver a great range of vibrations for extra stimulation! There are cock rings with a clitoral stimulator attached or/and anal teaser, designed to stimulate the woman’s anus and the clitoris during sex.

C&B BONDAGE: or CBB, a BDSM abbreviation for cock-and-ball-bondage, wrapping a man’s penis with cock and balls devices, such as cock and ball harness, cock and ball cage, etc.

COCK AND BALL HARNESS: an adult device consisting of two adjustable collars, usually made of leather, and joined by a third strip of leather; one collar is placed tightly around the base of both the penis and scrotum and the other around the corona of the penis. Cock and balls harness devices provide a firm grip of a man’s package and look naughty and sexy!

COCK MOUTH GAG: an adult device, a mouth gag which is widely used by the BDSM practitioners. The cock mouth gag is a penis-like mouth gag attached to an adjustable strap to be placed the mouth of a submissive.

CORONA: the rim surrounding the back part of the head, or the glans, of the penis

COWPER’S GLANDS: named after the English surgeon and anatomist William Cowper, Cowper’s glands are small (about the size of a pea) glands located beneath the prostate gland that produce pre-cum (pre-ejaculate) in men during sexual arousal. Cowper’s glands are analogous to the women’s Bartholin’s glands which produce vaginal lubrication.

CROSS-DRESSING: the act of wearing clothing, make-up, hair styles, etc commonly associated with the other gender. Cross-dressing is often associated with homosexual behavior and transgender behavior. However, cross-dressing does not necessarily indicate transgender identity. In fact, there are many different kinds of cross-dressing, and many different reasons why some people engage in cross-dressing behavior.

CYBERSEX: also known as internet sex, net sex or “cybering” is a virtual sex which is commonly performed in Internet chat rooms and via instant messaging systems, using webcams, voice chat systems, online games, etc. To stimulate sexual feelings, the participants send each other sexual messages describing their actions or showing via webcam, and share their sexual experiences, sexual fantasie

CELIBACY: celibacy is the English word that derives from the Latin “caeleb”, meaning “unmarried” (from two Proto-Indo-European stems, * kaiwelo- “alone” and * lib(h)s- “living”). Celibacy is a person’s choice/lifestyle of remaining unmarried all life. This word is also used to describe a state of life where one chooses to avoid all sexual activities and relations. Among the celibacy motivations there are religious reasons, asexuality, dislike of all forms of sexual activities (antisexualism), poor health, etc.

CHERRY: a slang word which usually refers to an unbroken hymen and woman’s virginity. The word originated from the song “Sweet Cherry Pie” by the old band Warrant. “Popping cherry” means to take a girl’s virginity, to break a girl’s hymen.

CUNT: cunt is considered an abusive term for a woman’s pussy. In different sources and dictionaries there are various definitions of this word such as “an unpleasant or stupid person”, “a disparaging term for a woman”, “a woman regarded as a sexual object”. In the 1972 Oxford English Dictionary, the word refers to the London street known as Gropecunt Lane (prostitution street). Later, a softer word came into use, “cunny”. Other C-letter words used for a woman’s pussy: crotch; cum craver; cock squeezer/holder; candy; Cape of Good Hope; Cave of Harmony; Cave Of Wonders; Central furrow; Certificate of birth; Chocha; cock alley; cock hall; cock sock; Crave cave; cream jug; etc.

CAMELTOE: or, “camel toe” and “camel-toe”; refers to a well-defined crotch area of a woman wearing tight clothing (tight jeans, shorts, pants, and other clothes with a tight central seam that “divides” the pussy) the shape of which resembles a camel’s foot. Sometimes cameltoes are so obvious and well-defined so the shape of a woman’s pussy is well showing through the clothes. I know that most men love seeing cameltoes, do you? :)

In my previous post, I offered a list of sexual definitions beginning with the letter A. Today let’s check out the letter B sexual definitions! Take a few minutes to look through the list, and keep in mind that some of the definitions are simplified, described briefly and intended for a general audience, and for general information purposes only. Well, I’m sure most of you know most of the words; still, chances are that there are at least a couple of words that are somewhat new for some of you. Increase your sexual vocabulary and impress your sweetie ;)

Sexicon for lovers and others: LETTER B

BDSM: a term for a wide range of distinct subcultures, psychological and physiological facets and sexual activities: bondage and discipline (B&D, B/D, or BD), dominance and submission (D&s, D/s, or Ds), and sadism and masochism (S&M, S/M, or SM). Activities and relationships within BDSM practice are characterized by the fact that the participants usually take unequal roles. Typically, participants who are active (applying the activity or exercising control over others) are known as Tops or Dominants. Those who are recipients of the activities, or who are controlled by their partners, are typically known as Bottoms or Submissives. Those who move between top/dominant roles and bottom/submissive roles (either periodically within a relationship, or from relationship to relationship) are known as S/switches. BDSM practice involves safe, sane, consensual playing. On a physical level, it often involves restraint and intentional infliction of physical pain and other intense sensations.

B&D: Bondage and Discipline are two sexual practices of BDSM. The term “bondage” describes the sexual behavior which involves physical restraint. This is a consensual experience of safe captivity and physical helplessness, often in combination with spanking, whipping and other disciplines. Participants may use restraining devices and bondage toys such as ropes, cords, chains, collars, handcuffs, scarves, ties, suspension kits, cages, etc. The word originates from the Anglo-Latin “bondagium”, which means “to inhabit”. The word entered English prior to the 14 th century referring to the tenure of a serf or slave to his master. B&D is a type of sexual relationship consisting of lightly sadomasochistic scenarios in which a submissive partner is physically restrained and then disciplined, or punished physically or psychologically by a dominant partner. Discipline is almost always symbolic and much lighter than in sadomasochism. Usually, it contains little physical pain or discomfort but relies heavily on verbal abuse, threats, humiliation, and “punishment” to enforce obedience.

BOTTOM: 1) The buttocks, the ass, based on their location at the bottom of the body torso 2) Front-bottom is sometimes used for female genitals. 3) One of many terms used in polarity relationships and activities to indicate the receptive, passive or submissive partner as opposed to the top, active or dominant partner 4) The passive or receptive partner in gay sexual activities; or, vaginal intercourse with a dildo, for lesbians 5) The partner occupying the bottom position in sexual activities 6) A synonym for passivity.

BLINDFOLDS: blindfold sex play is practiced by many lovers in and outside of the BDSM community. The idea of blindfolding during sex is that losing the sense of sight other senses of the wearer and intensifies the excitement. As the wearer can’t see what to expect, it allows focusing on sounds, smells, tastes, sensations and physical contact.

BREATH PLAY: also called asphyxiophilia, autoerotic asphyxia, or breath control play. This is a sexual practice of intentionally restricting your partner’s breathing during sex to intensify sexual pleasure. Colloquially, a person engaging in the activity is sometimes called a “gasper”. NOTE that this practice is dangerous even if performed with care, and has resulted in a significant number of accidental deaths!!

BLOODSPORTS FETISH: within BDSM lifestyle, it is an activity that involves using blood for sexual arousal. Bloodsports (also known as “bloodplay” or blood fetishism) encompasses many scenes such as scratching, cutting, piercing or sometimes whipping to the point of breaking the skin. This adult play is considered a form of edgeplay, in other words, it is highly dangerous and harmful sexual behavior!

BESTIALITY: also known as zoophilia, humans having sex with animals. Zoophilia, from the Greek (zṓion, meaning “animal”) and (philia, meaning “friendship” or “love”). A person who practices sex with animals is known as a zoophile. Also, you can find terms “zoosexual” and “zoosexuality”. Pornographers sometimes use the terms “dogsex” and “farmsex”.

BAREBACKING: a slang term used to describe acts of unprotected sex (i.e. having sexual intercourse without the use of a condom. The origin of the term is by an analogy to riding a horse without a saddle. Before the invention of hormonal contraceptives, this slang term was used to describe heterosexual sexual intercourse without a condom. Since the mid 1980s, the term has become more commonly used to describe unprotected homosexual sex.

BUTCH: possessing traditionally masculine appearance, style, attributes and behaviors. Usually, a lesbian who adopts the masculine role. The opposite of “Femme”. The terms “butch” and “femme” are often used in the lesbian, bisexual and gay subcultures to describe homosexual women, but also occasionally homosexual men. The word “femme” is taken from the French word for woman, although the French word, unlike the English, is pronounced ‘fam’; also spelled “fem”. The word “butch”, meaning “tough kid” gained the sense “male-like lesbian” in the 1940s.

BACKWARDS COWGIRL: a slang term for a woman-on-top sexual position where a woman straddles a man facing his feet, while he is on his back

BEN WA BALLS: or Ben Wah Balls are small balls, usually small weighted and connected by a string. BlUE BALLS: a slang term; when a man becomes sexually excited, the testicles become engorged with blood, and if it is not resulted in sexual release, i.e. orgasm and ejaculation, he experiences cramps, pain or swelling in the scrotum or “blue balls”.

It can result from many causes such as anxiety, stress, fatigue, worry, guilt, fear of painful intercourse, fear of pregnancy, the dislike of a partner, the dislike of a setting, the use of alcohol, etc. In women, this problem is also referred to as “frigidity”, or female orgasmic dysfunction. ANAL BLEACHING: anal bleaching, or lightening, is the practice of bleaching the pigmentation of the skin of medium- to light-skinned people around the anus. Some white people have some degree of darker pigmentation of the skin immediately around the anus, which can be mistaken for poor personal hygiene.
